【摘要】 烟台海洋牧场发展问题由来已久,烟台作为最早一批发展海洋牧场的城市,与其他省市的海洋牧场发展都面临同样的问题。早期海洋牧场的发展没有合理的发展规划,当时人们对于海洋资源的认识还停留在“海洋资源是取之不尽,用之不竭的”。正是由于这种思想使得人们对于海洋资源的开发无所顾忌,只为当前的利益。这样的开发力度远远大于海洋资源的再生速度,造成近海渔业资源枯竭,海洋生态环境恶化,一度出现无鱼可捕的局面。海洋生态环境的恶化是人们认识到海洋资源并非是取之不尽用之不竭,保护海洋生态环境势在必行。烟台传统海洋牧场的发展已到瓶颈期,为了激发烟台海洋牧场的发展潜力,推动烟台海洋牧场实现二次发展,本文通过对国内海洋牧场发展比较有特色的上海与福建地区的海洋牧场进行比较分析,以及国外发展海洋牧场比较完善的美国和日本海洋牧场进行比较分析,总结经验为烟台海洋牧场的发展提供发展经验。然后结合波特五力模型分析烟台海洋牧场发展所面临的内外部发展环境,以及运用SWOT模型分析烟台发展海洋牧场所具有的优劣势以及机遇与挑战,综合两种分析方法为烟台海洋牧场的发展选择拓展型战略即发展海牧休闲业、一体化战略即发展海牧综合体以及整合渠道发展战略:树立品牌意识,为烟台海洋牧场的发展储备人才。各个战略选择都要结合本地区的特色融合发展,促进烟台海洋牧场实现特色化发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of Yantai marine pasture has a long history.Yantai,as the first city to develop marine pastures,faces the same problems as the development of marine pastures in other provinces and cities.There was no reasonable development plan for the development of early marine pasture.At that time,people’s understanding of marine resources was still in the "inexhaustible".It is precisely because of this idea that people are careless about the exploitation of marine resources,only for the current interests.Such development is far greater than the regeneration rate of marine resources,resulting in the exhaustion of offshore fisheries resources and the deterioration of the marine ecological environment.The deterioration of marine ecological environment is that people realize that marine resources are not inexhaustible,and it is imperative to protect marine ecological environment.The development of the traditional marine pasture in Yantai has reached the bottleneck period.In order to stimulate the development potential of the Yantai marine pasture and promote the two development of the marine pasture in Yantai,this paper compares and analyses the marine pasture in Shanghai and Fujian,which has more characteristics in the development of the domestic marine pasture,and the comparison of the overseas development of the marine pasture.The comparative analysis of good American and Japanese marine ranches,and summarizing experience,provides experience for the development of marine ranches in Yantai.Then combined with the Potter five force model to analyze the internal and external development environment of the development of Yantai marine pasture,and the advantages and disadvantages as well as the opportunities and challenges in the application of SWOT model to the development of Yantai marine pasture,the two analytical methods are integrated to develop the development of the marine pasture in Yantai,namely,the development of the sea pasture leisure industry,and the development of the sea pasture leisure industry.The strategy of development is to develop the marine animal husbandry complex and integrate the channel development strategy: establish brand awareness and reserve talents for the development of Yantai marine ranch.All strategic choices should be combined with the localcharacteristics to promote the development of marine ranches in Yantai.更多还原
