【Abstract】 By analyzing the technical features of mantis boxing,this paper puts forward a teaching method which can arouse the learner’s interest,enhance the teaching effect and improve the teaching quality. During the course of teaching,a learners- centered teaching method is adopted,which helps the learners better grasp the technical features of Liuhe Mantis Boxing and cultivate the learners’ strong will,thus promoting an all- round development of the boxing learners.更多还原
