【摘要】 采用分散法制备壳聚糖/吡唑醚菌酯混悬剂,并对其工艺进行优化。结果显示,制备的最优条件是吡唑醚菌酯:壳聚糖的质量比为15∶100,吐温-80的用量为30mg,研磨时间为30min。混悬剂的累积释放时间长达200h以上,有效成分释放率可达到86.5%,解决了吡唑醚菌酯的稳定性差等应用问题,为壳聚糖在农业上的开发应用这一领域提供了参考信息。更多还原
【Abstract】 The suspension of pyrazole and chitosan was prepared by dispersing method,and the process was optimized. The results showed that the optimal conditions was 15∶ 100 for the mass ratio ofchitosan and pyrazole ethers,30 mg for the dosage of twin-80,30 min for the grinding time. The cumulative release time of suspension is more than 200 h,and the effective component release rate can reach 86. 5%. It had good thermal stability and solved the problem of Pyraclostrobin application Therefore,the study can provide a certain amount of information for the development and application of chitosan in agriculture.更多还原
